4G GHIDINI® Srl is a company specialized in the production of stainless steel ball valves and fittings.
Founded in 1978, with over 40 years of experience, it has always set the quality of the product and service as its main objectives. Product quality ensured by the use of raw material exclusively sourced in Europe and by transforming and processing them entirely in the production site located in Lumezzane, Brescia; no import components are used, our product is 100% Made in Italy. Service quality given to stock availability of all the items, added value in terms of offer and guarantee of timeliness in deliveries.
All the products are designed, manufactured and, before being marketed, 100% tested following a correct certified construction practice and with the aid of advanced machinery to guarantee end-users a high-level product.
The company is UNI-EN ISO 9001:2015 certified.
4G GHIDINI products are used in the most various industrial applications, including Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological and Cosmetic industry; Food and Beverage; Chemical industry, Process industry, Water treatment and Energy production.
Our history
Born as a family activity 4G® GHIDINI is today an advanced company in the production of stainless steel ball valves and fittings on international scale, strong in its achievements, ready for future challenges.

1978
4G® GHIDINI is founded in Lumezzane, Brescia, by four brothers who, following the intuition of offering a completely new type of ball valve to the market, design a line of stainless steel products made entirely from bar.
The different skills coming from the previous work experiences of the four brothers, each with their own well-defined job, from design up to the finished product through production, form the basis of the company organization.

1987
The production, started as a craft activity in a workshop, is then moved to a small factory in the heart of Lumezzane.

1995
The consolidation as an industrial reality lead to the construction of a new production site in the industrial area of the town.

1997
The business name passes from 4G GHIDINI S.n.c. to 4G® GHIDINI S.r.l.

1998
The foresight of designing ball valves compliant with international regulations and the constant search for better performances allows to develop high quality standard products aimed at satisfying the needs of a growing market. The industrial sectors such as food and beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical, flagship of the Italian cultural fabric and always attentive to the selection of raw materials and products used in their production, recognize 4G® GHIDINI as a reliable and qualified partner.

2000
Ball valves production, started with the 2 way gas threaded valve, sees its expansion with the introduction of different types of connections aimed at facilitating the installation in compliance with the different regulations.
The 3 way ball valve, which still today has no equal in terms of specifications and characteristics, stands out among the new products.
Another noteworthy model is the valve with stem bent for bottom tank that thanks to its characteristics allows to limit product deposits. -
2001
The second generation joins the company making it possible to implement the technical and commercial sectors and the introduction of a quality system extended to all production.

4G® GHIDINI achieves UNI EN ISO 9001 certification.

2005
The current plant is further expanded with the edification of the office building.

2006
The first website is launched online. It includs the entire catalogue of the product range complete with detailed technical specifications and certifications aimed at qualify the company as an effective manufacturer of ball valves and stainless steel fittings.

2010
The long-term corporate vision aimed at the constant improvement of products and services passes through continuous investments that involve every business sector, starting from staff training and specialization up to new technologies such as management and 3D design software, the latest generation machine tool and automatic warehouses.

The ability to offer a constantly evolving product able to meet the most varied needs for use in high-tech plants gives a further boost to the company internationalization process already in place, result of a lean, flexible and reactive production and management system, increasingly attentive to the needs of the global market.
The choice of using raw materials exclusively from the European Union, their subsequent transformation and processing entirely in the production site in Lumezzane, Brescia, guarantees the high quality standard of 4G® GHIDINI ball valves and fittings, 100% Made in Italy products internationally appreciated. -
2018
The new website is online, more complete from the technical point of view, with three-dimensional models, available in different languages and also accessible from mobile devices. The site, constantly updated, expanded and in continuous evolution, guarantees designers and users complete support in real time.

The corporate structure of the company changes following the exit of one of the four founding partners.
