| Structural features |
 4G GHIDINI ball valves are here presented in the two versions both manual and
with small flange as per ISO 5211 - DIN 3337 for control by means of pneumatic
or electric actuators.
 Wholly machined from stainless steel bar 304 - 316 with seals of P.T.F.E. either
pure or reinforced with glass or carbographite (but also made of the requested material) 4G GHIDINI ball valves are designed
without any fixing agent in order to enable an easy disassembly for possible inspections
or replacement of worn-out parts.
The seal of the control rod is reached by an O-ring of viton and by seals of P.T.F.E.
which guarantee for a low working couple. Through the polished surface execution
4G GHIDINI ball valves assure a higher hygiene and a low surface aggressiveness.
Row materials are strictly tested and delivered with inspection certificate.
The valves are singly tested.
